Palate: A wedge of pineapple upside down cake drenched in vanilla custard, bread pudding, Tunes cherry lozenges, Demerara sugar, charred oak and more of those bourbon steeped sultanas. Finish: 1st Fill Sauternes Cask for 12 - 18 Months.
