LOOV's blackcurrant juice organic is cold-pressed from fresh blackcurrants and lightly pasteurized, to maintain the nutrients. We use flash pasteurization method – the juice is heated and not boiled One 500 ml bottle of organic blackcurrant juice contains 1,1 kg of organic blackcurrants (Ribes nigrum) from directly pressed berries - no concentrate used. Berry juice is unfiltered and therefore contains nutritious berry pulp LOOV organic black currant juice is dark purple in colour and tastes genuine and fresh, like real organic blackcurrants. Our blackcurrent juice is high in antioxidants and vitamin C P.S. It's sour! To keep the juice in its healthiest form, we don't add any sugar or water to it. So it's supposed to taste quite sour because that's the berry's natural taste!
