A twist mechanism allows the two components to be quickly removed from each other when changing the lamp and then put back together again just as quickly. The opening is so large that even globe lamps can be used, up to a diameter of 9.5 cm. Behind the clear glass, such a large lamp is then of course particularly beautiful. An alternative is to use a head mirror lamp for particularly comfortable lighting conditions or such lamps that have a very warm light colour. This goes well with the trendy black surface finish.
