The Costanza/Constanzina Table Lamp in White is now some thirty-odd years old and so it was time to freshen up the lampshade and add new colours to the body. Costanza was designed in 1986 by Paolo Rizzatto for Luceplan and the lamp has survived changes in trends and decades without undergoing any major changes itself. Costanza remains elegant and timeless. To celebrate the persistent success of the lamp, Luceplan has chosen to create new products in order to ensure that even the classics get the chance to be modern. The new Mezzo Tono colours are Comfort Green, Edgy Pink, Mystic White, Soft Skin and Shaded Stone. Primary Red, Liquorice Black, Petroleum Blue, Smart Yellow, Concrete Grey, and the classic White, to complete the colour set. Costanza - height adjustable table lamp with white shade A true design classic is the timeless Costanza table lamp from Luceplan. The design itself was developed in 1986 by the Italian designer and Luceplan co-founder Paolo Rizzatto and has lost none of its charm to this day. The conically shaped and plain white lampshade made of special polycarbonate is in combination with the aluminium frame rather reserved and simple. This understatement on the outside is paired with a well thought-out flexibility and functionality, which gives the table lamp its unmistakable character. The lampshade seems to float on the frame, so it is only fixed on two brackets and balances itself into the perpendicular at any time. On the inside there is also an additional diffuser above the E27 socket, which ensures diffuse, shadow-free illumination of the shade when using clear halogen bulbs. The height of the table lamp can be varied from 76 to 110 cm by a telescopic rod. There is also a touch dimmer on the table lamp, which allows individual adjustment of the brightness.
