Exclusive designer wall lamp Hope with a great effectThere is a whole range of luminaires that show us that lighting is not just lighting, that light is something you can play with. One such designer wall lamp that gives precedence to the special in its look is Hope. Although it is remotely reminiscent of the classic crystal lamps, it must be said that Hope emanates an unbelievably modern expression, especially since it is not made of crystal at all, but of high-quality, particularly light Fresnel lenses, several of which form the shade of the wall lamp. Nevertheless, the shimmering, the sparkling, the glittering - or whatever you want to call it - is as beautiful as with conventional lamps that have been fitted with cut glass stones. Depending on the perspective and especially when the light source is switched on, you can also see a soft shimmer of colour that sometimes truly makes you think you have landed at the end of the rainbow.

Lamp Masters

The Hope 61 mounted lamp crawls up the wall like a glittering, diamond spider and almost looks like a small piece of artwork. Drawn up by Rizzatto & Paz for Luceplan. The rationalisation of materials and visual lightness was the inspiration that created the Hope design for Luceplan. The lamp is made from polycarbonate petals, which are made from Fresnel lenses. These lenses optimise reflection and distribution of the light, thus improving the effect whilst reducing energy consumption. The thin polycarbonate Fresnel lenses are created using a pressed microprism of polycarbonate film, which has a dioptric effect reminiscent of glass, although the product isn’t limited by space, thickness, and weight. The light from the Hope ceiling lamp is amplified and creates a comfortable, glittering party atmosphere, thanks to the thousands of lights that act like diamonds. This was the source of inspiration for the name: Hope.
