Ludlow Distillery Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur 50cl 25% ABV

THE COFFEE - The coffee beans in project x are ethically sourced from an organic co-operative of farmers growing incredible coffee on the mountains of Peru. The coffee, wITh notes of stewed stone fruit, is roasted by the artisans Extract Coffee Roasters in Bristol, on Bertha - a vintage roaster, rescued from scrap and lovingly rebuilt by the Extract team. KEEPING IT SIMPLE - At Ludlow Distileery we cold brew this beautiful coffee, maintaining all of the delicate berry notes as well as the rich dried fruit and chocolatey flavours and then blend it with natural dark sugar and our spirit for an exceptionally delicious liqueur that is light and only subtley sweet retaining the beautiful flavour of the coffee. TO SERVE - Pour three measure into a boston shaker, add a scoop of ice, shake until frost forms on the shaker, double strain into a chilled coupe. The perfect Espresso Martini.
