ORIGIN: Lung Ching tea, also known as Longjing or Dragon Well tea originates from the West Lake region of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province, China. The area's unique climate, soil, and elevation contribute to the tea's exceptional quality. ABOUT: Lung Ching green tea undergoes a precise processing method, which includes plucking, withering, fixing (pan-frying), shaping, and drying. Lung Ching tea offers a delicate, mellow taste with a hint of sweetness and a refreshing, grassy aroma. BENEFITS: Like other green teas, Longjing Dragon Well tea is rich in antioxidants, particularly catechins, which are believed to have various health benefits, including promoting heart health, boosting metabolism, and supporting immune function.
