SUN AGED: From beautiful Tel Aviv, our whiskies soak up over 300 days of sun a year, the Mediterranean climate induces an accelerated aging process in our casks, leading to a deep and complex whisky. The world-renowned Dr. Jim Swan, a leading expert in hot-climate maturation, as our main consultant and first master distiller, oversaw this ground-breaking process. BEST SINGLE MALT IN THE WORLD: In 2023, our Elements Sherry Cask was named as the Best Single Malt in the World at the prestigious World Whisky Awards, fulfilling our dream of creating the world’s best whiskies. M&H APEX POMEGRANATE WINE CASK: This small batch single malt whisky was matured in extremely rare Pomegranate Wine casks from Rimon Winery. Richly fruity and tart, this whisky’s maturation is completely unique, since no other distillery on the planet uses these special types of casks. TASTING NOTES: Aroma: Ripe pomegranate, followed by a swirl of rich vanilla, roasted coffee and butterscotch. Strong earthiness, accompanied by notes of orris root, spearmint and freshly baked sour apple. Palate: Juicy, with crushed pomegranate grains, dried figs and a bouquet of spicy-sour herbs.
