The integrated digital display is mounted in-line with the direction of travel on a hardened and ground stainless steel scale beam - providing reliable linear position readout for machine tool measurement, fixture gauging, jig positioning, and engineering inspection across a 300mm travel. Hardened and Ground Stainless Steel Beam | 300mm / 12-Inch Travel – The MS-270-300 is built on a precision hardened and ground stainless steel scale beam. The display unit travels in-line with the measurement axis. Rear carriage mounting points enable installation to measuring machines, custom inspection fixtures, jigs, and production line gauging systems requiring a battery-powered digital linear encoder readout across a 300mm working range at low cost and high repeatability.
