The primary advantage is superior bait preservation. The fish-friendly rubberized mesh protects the delicate scales and slime coat of your baitfish, keeping them more active and appealing to predatory fish for a longer period. Its floating design means your bait is always within easy reach, eliminating the need to constantly lift a heavy bucket, which stresses the fish. Furthermore, the no-stink quality of the rubber mesh means easier cleanup and storage, preventing unpleasant odours in your car or garage.Main Features* Floating Upper Ring: A durable, buoyant top ring keeps the station afloat and the opening accessible at all times, allowing you to retrieve or add bait with one hand.* 100% Rubberized Fish-Friendly Mesh: The soft, snag-free mesh material is gentle on baitfish, significantly reducing stress and injury. This material does not absorb water or odours, making it quick-drying and hygienic.* Secure Zippered Lid: A robust, easy-to-use zipper on the top lid ensures your baitfish are securely contained, preventing any crafty escapes while still allowing for quick access when you need to rebait your hook.* Bottom Ring for Weights: An integrated ring at the base of the net allows you to attach a small weight. This critical feature ensures the net remains fully extended and open in current or wind, maximizing the internal volume and ensuring constant water flow for your bait. The MADCAT Bait Station is an indispensable tool that streamlines your live bait management. Its simple yet highly effective design allows you to focus more on fishing and less on bait care. It's an essential addition to the landing nets and fishing equipment arsenal of any angler who relies on the effectiveness of fresh, lively bait to attract monster catfish and other predators.
