The DHR171RAJ is specifically designed to handle demanding tasks in tight spaces where larger, corded drills would be cumbersome, without sacrificing performance. The heart of this rotary hammer is its high-performance brushless motor. This advanced motor technology eliminates carbon brushes, allowing the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for a significantly longer lifespan. You´ll experience extended runtimes from each battery charge, more power and speed under load, and a virtually maintenance-free tool life. Combined with its optimized hammering mechanism, it delivers fast and efficient drilling, making it ideal for installing anchors, small-diameter through-holes, and other repetitive tasks in masonry.Ergonomics are at the forefront of the DHR171´s design. Its compact, well-balanced body and vibration-absorbing handle dramatically reduce operator fatigue, allowing you to work longer and more comfortably. The two-mode operation provides easy switching between Rotation Only for drilling in wood or metal, and Hammering with Rotation for masonry, making it a truly versatile solution for any job site.---Features:* Drilling And Hammer Drilling (2-Mode Operation)* Longer Life Thanks To Brushless Motor* Compact Design For Comfortable Working In Tight Spaces* Low Vibrations For Reduced Operator Fatigue* Constant Electronics For Consistent Speed Under Load* Electronically Adjustable Rotational Frequency (Variable Speed Trigger)* Bright Led With Afterglow Function For Illuminating The Work Area* Comprehensive Tool Protection: Temperature Monitoring, Overload Protection And Deep Discharge Protection---HammersThe MAKITA DHR171RAJ features a powerful and efficient rotary hammer mechanism. Unlike the mechanical action of a standard combi drill, this tool utilizes a pneumatic piston to deliver high-energy impacts directly to the bit. This results in significantly faster drilling speeds in concrete and other masonry with less effort from the operator. The mechanism is optimized to deliver 1.2 Joules of impact energy, making it perfect for drilling anchor holes up to 17 mm in diameter.---Technical Specifications:* Battery Type: Lithium-Ion LXT* Voltage: 18 V* Shank: SDS-PLUS* Operating Modes: 2 (Rotation Only / Hammering with Rotation)* Impact Energy: 1.2 J* Impacts per Minute (IPM): 0 - 4.800* No Load Speed (RPM): 0 - 680* Max Drilling Capacity in Concrete: 17 mm* Max Drilling Capacity in Steel: 10 mm* Max Drilling Capacity in Wood: 13 mm* Vibration (Hammer Drilling): 9.0 m/s²* Vibration (Drilling into Metal): 2.5 m/s²* Net Weight: 2.1 - 2.8 kgPackage Includes:* DHR171 Cordless Rotary Hammer* 2 x BL1820B 18V 2.0Ah LXT Batteries* DC18RC Rapid Charger* MAKPAC Connector Case (Type 3)* Depth Stop* Side Handle. tradeinn Bricoinn
