Mango Powder (Amchoor) 100g

Widely known as Amchoor, this powder offers a flavour not unlike tamarind, with a slight tang and pleasant sweetness. Often used as a thickening agent in plant based recipes. Ideal for use in marinades, curries and chutneys to add a sweet, fruity flavour. Add to recipes to achieve a fruity mango flavour, without the texture and/or moisture of solid fruit or juice. Sprinkle over cooked vegetables or fruit. Supplied in a heat sealed vacuum bag.
