The Manthorpe Felt Lap Vent is a refurbishment product designed for existing roof spaces. It boosts ventilation, especially in properties with new loft insulation. Ideal for lapped felt/membrane constructions, it tackles condensation buildup. Each unit provides 3,000mm2/m of airflow into the batten void, reducing condensation risks. It easily fits between felt laps using a tapered lead-in, secured by three felt clips, even on degraded edges. Suitable for joist centres of 400mm to 600mm.
