Made of high-impact polystyrene with draught seals in expanded polyurethane, it offers a sleek, modern look with a low profile. The door and frame are fully draught sealed and secured by perimeter catches. Designed for easy removal, it features a sliding mechanism operating from one point and an invisible hinge when locked. It provides excellent insulation with options of 0.35 and 0.15 W/mK. The door prevents moist air from entering the loft. Easy to install, the frame attaches directly to ceiling timbers. Ideal for new builds with air tightness requirements. The loft door's dimensions are 562mm x 726mm for frame fitting, 545mm x 715mm for opening, and 686mm x 856mm visible size.
