The Manthorpe Non-Profile In-line Roof Tile Vent is a sleek and discreet solution for roof space ventilation and mechanical extraction. It features a low profile design, replacing a single tile to maintain an uninterrupted roofline, suitable for both high and low levels. With a uPVC top and polypropylene base, it fits various tiles like Marley Modern and Redland Mini Stonewold. It offers a free airflow of 10,000mm2 and is suitable for roof pitches as low as 20. The vent measures 418mm in length and 334mm in width. Its 4mm louvred flyscreen grille and internal weathering ensure efficient ventilation while directing water outwards. Tested independently in wind tunnels, this vent includes an integral sidelock clip for secure fitting and a base outlet that feeds directly into the roof space.
