This multi-functional floating hatchery is an indispensable tool for any aquarist dedicated to successfully breeding live-bearing fish, such as guppies, mollies, and platies, or caring for individual fish in need of special attention. Maximize the survival rate of your newborn fry and promote a healthier, more harmonious community tank with this versatile and easy-to-use piece of aquarium equipment. It is designed to float, keeping its inhabitants secure and near the oxygen-rich surface of the water. The intelligent design of this breeding trap is engineered for maximum fry survival. By placing the pregnant mother inside, the perforated double-bottom partition will allow the newborn fry to fall through and remain out of the mother´s reach. This simple yet brilliant mechanism dramatically increases the yield of your breeding projects by protecting the delicate fry from the moment of birth, a time when they are most vulnerable to being eaten by the mother or other tank mates. The ´2-in-1´ name only scratches the surface of its incredible versatility. Thanks to the central divider panel, two pregnant females can be in the farrowing pen at the same time, maximizing its efficiency in a busy breeding tank. Beyond its primary function as a hatchery, the Marina 2-in-1 farrowing pen can also be used as a vital quarantine enclosure for injured fish or aggressive fish. This provides a secure space for sick or injured fish to recover without the stress of interacting with other tank mates. It can also be used to temporarily house overly aggressive fish, helping to restore peace and order in your main aquarium display. For the dedicated hobbyist, it also serves as an excellent box for acclimating new, sensitive fish to your tank´s water parameters.Features:- A safe floating refuge for fry and live bearing fish.- It has two closed areas for viviparous animals.- Secure bottom compartment collects and protects falling fry.- Security camera for pregnant females.- Ideal isolation chamber for sick or weak fish.- ´´V´´ base that allows fry to fall safely.Specifications:- Dimension: 16.5 cm x 8.25 cm x 8.9 cm. tradeinn Bricoinn
