MasterClass Springform Cake Tin - 20 cm

MasterClass springform cake pan with a 20 cm diameter and 7 cm high mould is ideal for baking a variety of desserts, including moist sponges and cheesecakes. The mould features a non-stick coating and a loose bottom for easy release; loosening the clip allows the cake to be removed cleanly for neat serving. It is heat resistant up to 220°C and suitable for use in the refrigerator and freezer, as well as for cleaning in the dishwasher after use.

Usage and care

Ensure the clamp is securely closed before pouring batter. After baking, release the cake by loosening the clip and lifting the rim away from the cake. Once cooled, remove the cake onto a plate for serving. The pan is dishwasher safe, but hand washing can prolong the life of the non-stick coating. It is suitable for use in cold storage and freezer storage as needed.
