Made in Britain since 1963, the Astro lava lamp in silver is made of high-grade polished aluminium and carries all the latest quality and safety standards. Mathmos' unique lava lamp formula has brighter, clearer liquids and lasts longer than other lava lamps. The halogen bulb (included and guaranteed for one year) is made specifically for use with Mathmos lava lamps to direct light and heat into the lava and away from the base. Warm-up time is between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the surrounding temperature. We recommend rooms between 20 and 24 degrees.
