Its location has a rich and varied history, with styles and varieties both of itself and of its neighbours. On the nose, it exudes a bouquet of dried apricots, wildflowers, and hints of honey. On the palate, it reveals layers of flavours, including notes of orange peel, lemon zest, and a subtle nuttiness FOOD PAIRING: Pairs well with seafood, shellfish, lamb and roasted vegetables PROCESS: This wine is unfiltered and unfined, allowing for the natural flavours and aromas of the grapes to shine through. It has been fermented using wild yeasts and aged in oak barrels for several months, resulting in a wine with a balanced acidity and a long, lingering finish WINE CHARACTERISTICS: A unique and complex natural orange wine from Slovenia that showcases the authentic terroir of carefully selected grapes grown in sunny vineyards, offering an unforgettable tasting experience VINTAGE AND VOLUME: This 2025 vintage comes in a standard 75cl bottle, providing ample wine to enjoy on special occasions or to share with fellow wine enthusiasts
