This design significantly increases the space between the hook point and the shank, ensuring that when a fish takes the bait, the point finds a secure purchase, dramatically reducing the chances of hook pulls during a strenuous fight. The extremely sharp point guarantees instant penetration, a critical factor when targeting wary, hard-fighting carp. This combination of a wide gape and a razor-sharp point makes the X9 hook incredibly efficient.Perfectly complementing the hook is its suitability for popular modern baits. It is the ideal choice when fishing with hard pellets, wafters, or dumbells, which are staple baits on today´s commercial venues. The rig comes pre-assembled using large Matrix super soft bait bands, which are renowned for their durability and stretch. This allows for quick, easy, and secure baiting without the risk of the band snapping or the bait being dislodged on the cast or by smaller nuisance fish. The result is a flawless presentation that sits naturally, ready to tempt the biggest and wisest fish in the swim. Each X9 hook is professionally tied to a 45 cm length of premium Soft Steel monofilament. This longer rig length is specifically tailored for effective bomb or waggler fishing tactics. It provides the perfect distance between your lead or float and your hookbait, creating a subtle and natural presentation that won´t spook cautious fish. The Soft Steel line offers an excellent balance of suppleness for natural movement and the robust strength required to handle the lunges of powerful carp, ensuring your connection remains secure from the bite to the net.Attribute:Hooks to NylonFeatures:- Developed for catching carp or bigger fish.- Extremely sharp hook with a super wide gape.- Ideal when fishing hard pellets or dumbells.- Tied using Soft Steel monofilament.- Assembled using large Matrix super soft bait bands.- Longer length suited for bomb or waggler fishing tactics. The MATRIX X9 Carp Wide Gape Band Tied Hooks are available in various sizes to match your target species and bait choice, each tied to an optimally balanced breaking strain and line diameter:- Size 12: Tied to 0.20mm / 7lb / 3.2kg line- Size 14: Tied to 0.18mm / 6lb / 2.7kg line- Size 16: Tied to 0.16mm / 5lb / 2.3kg line. tradeinn Waveinn
