The McAlpine C10V 75mm Water Seal Anti-Syphon Bottle Trap with Multifit Outlet is designed to prevent the backflow of sewer gases into a building’s drainage system. It is suitable for basin, sink or bath waste outlets and features a 75mm water seal to block odours and bacteria. The Silentrap anti-syphon mechanism reduces gurgling by preventing air from being drawn through the water seal. The Multifit compression outlet is compatible with 32mm and 40mm waste pipes and the unit is suitable for plastic, copper and lead pipes. Available in sizes 1¼" and 1½", the trap is constructed from polypropylene for long-lasting performance.

This bottle trap helps maintain a quieter drainage system by neutralising negative syphonic pressure, contributing to a smoother water flow in domestic and commercial installations. It complies with BS EN 274-1:2002 standards and offers flexible installation through its multi-fit outlets, making it suitable for use in bathrooms, kitchens or utility rooms.
