General description The McAlpine T12R is a rubber reducer fitting designed to connect a 1 1/4-inch pipe to a 1-inch pipe. This reducer is suitable for use with plastic pipes and features a push-fit connection for quick and easy installation. Made of rubber, it effectively absorbs vibrations and noise from the pipes while providing flexibility for installations that may require slight bending or flexing. Technical specifications Reduces 1.25" to 1"/28mm Material: Rubber Standards: Multifit Fittings suit all plastic waste pipes to BS EN 1451-1:2017 and BS EN 1329-1:2020, as well as copper and lead pipes Other information Note: The size "28mm" is equivalent to 1 1/8 inches, which means this reducer may not provide a perfect fit for 1 1/4-inch and 1-inch pipes. However, the rubber material allows for some flexibility to accommodate slight size differences.
