SHERRY CASK FINISH: Aged for 5 long years in 1st fill select Bourbon barrels and finished in the finest Oloroso Sherry casks for rich aromas of dried figs, dark chocolate and spice. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered. NOSE: Dried Figs and currants appear on the attack, followed by warm Christmas spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon, with rich notes of dark chocolate, and a hint of fresh leather. PALATE: Demerara sugar, dark ripe cherries and black raspberry characterise the blend, followed by bitter dark chocolate shavings and rich red apples.
