MCP4728 has four 12 bit DACs in its compact package, which can meet any of your voltage setting needs. In addition, it can also store the settings of the DAC in the internal EEPROM. Once saved to the internal non-volatile memory, the settings will be loaded by default when the DAC is powered on. All through I2C! Furthermore, MCP4728 Allows You To Choose Between Two Reference Voltage Sources: the input voltage used to power it on the VCC pin, or the internal 2.048V reference voltage. If you use an internal reference voltage (Vref in DAC), you can choose 1X or 2X output gain, so that the voltage range is 0V to 2.048 or 0V to 4.096V according to your application requirements. By default, you will use the input voltage as Vref, allowing you to adjust the voltage within the range of 0V-3.3V or 5V based on the input voltage. Alternatively, use 2.048V Vref for approximately 3.3V usage and 4.096 Vref for approximately 5V usage. We're Here for YouThank you for your trust. If you have any questions, please message us through Amazon- we'll be glad to assist.
