Generously knitted in chunky insulated yarn and with a super-soft fleece inside, these extra long heavyweight boot socks are the perfect partners for even the worst that UK weather can throw at gardeners.  Made from advanced, Japanese-designed thermal yarn and knitted with a UK patented long looped pile inside, an expert brushing process fleeces the loops to create long fibres that can capture the maximum amount of warm air, holding it in and close to the skin. This process is what gives the socks their 2.3 TOG rating, scientifically shown to be 7x warmer than a basic cotton sock. In addition to all this, elasticated foot and ankle supports are woven in, to prevent bunching during wear and ensuring the socks stay in place.
