Met Manta Mips Helmet

Met Manta Mips Helmet. Unleash your speed with the MET Manta MIPS, the ultimate aero road helmet. Engineered for competitive cyclists, it offers exceptional aerodynamic performance through its low-profile design and efficient airflow management, featuring a NACA vent for maximum cooling. Prioritizing your safety, it integrates the MIPS-C2® system to reduce rotational forces during impacts. Enjoy unparalleled comfort with the Safe-T Orbital fit system, soft Air Mesh padding, and a secure Fidlock® magnetic buckle. Perfect for road and fast gravel cycling. This aero helmet offers excellent quality, comfort, and a great fit. Buyers praise its lightweight design, superior construction, and appealing aesthetics, including stylish holographic accents and a semi-aerodynamic look. The magnetic Fidlock buckle is a practical feature, and the helmet is surprisingly well-ventilated for its aerodynamic profile. Adjustability is easy, and the MIPS protection is well-integrated. While some find the glasses integration could be more comfortable, the overall product quality and performance are highly rated. MET Manta MIPS: The Ultimate Fusion of Aerodynamic Speed and SafetyExperience the pinnacle of performance with the MET Manta MIPS, an exemplary aero road helmet designed for cyclists who demand a competitive edge without compromising on safety or comfort. Engineered to slice through the wind, this helmet represents the culmination of extensive wind-tunnel testing and rider feedback, delivering measurable watt savings when you need them most—in the final sprint or during a solo breakaway. The Manta MIPS is the ultimate choice for dedicated road cycling and fast-paced gravel cycling enthusiasts. Unrivaled Aerodynamic PerformanceThe Manta MIPS was born from a singular focus: speed. Its distinctive, low-profile shape and closed-off top section are specifically designed to minimize drag and manage airflow efficiently. The iconic front NACA vent, inspired by aeronautical design, works in concert with rear exhaust ports to channel air through the helmet. This creates a cooling effect without increasing turbulence, allowing you to maintain an aggressive, aerodynamic position while staying remarkably cool, even on the most demanding climbs. For the adult rider seeking every possible advantage, the Manta MIPS translates your power into pure, unadulterated velocity. Advanced Safety with the MIPS C-2® SystemYour safety is paramount. That´s why the MET Manta MIPS incorporates the industry-leading MIPS-C2® brain protection system. Situated between the comfort padding and the helmet´s inner shell, this low-friction layer is designed to reduce the dangerous rotational forces that can be transferred to the brain during certain angled impacts. This added layer of protection provides crucial peace of mind, allowing you to push your limits with confidence, knowing you have one of the most advanced safety technologies in a helmet that is ready for both road cycling and challenging gravel cycling conditions. Exceptional Comfort and a Precision FitA helmet can only perform if it´s comfortable enough to wear for hours. The MET Manta MIPS excels with its meticulously engineered comfort features. The Safe-T Orbital fit system provides a full 360° head belt, offering unparalleled adjustment to eliminate pressure points and achieve a perfectly customized fit. With vertical and occipital adjustments, the helmet feels less like an accessory and more like a natural extension of you. Further enhancing comfort are the Air Mesh comfort pads and lightweight Air Lite straps, which are soft against the skin and highly effective at wicking away sweat. The clever Fidlock® magnetic buckle makes securing the helmet effortless—a quick, one-handed snap is all it takes.--- Technical Specifications* Product: MET Manta MIPS* Type: Aero Road Helmet* Discipline: Road Cycling, Gravel cycling* Target User: Adult* Safety System: Mips-C2® Brain Protection System* Ventilation: 15 Vents with Internal Air Channeling* Aerodynamic Feature: NACA Vent* Additional Features: Sunglasses Ports, Air Lite Straps, Reflective Rear Decals* Weight (Size M): 250g* Sizes: S (52-56 cm), M (56-58 cm), L (58-61 cm)* Certifications: CE, AS/NZS, US. tradeinn Bikeinn

The MET Manta MIPS is built for riders who want aero efficiency without sacrificing comfort. Designed in close collaboration with pro teams and refined through extensive wind tunnel testing, the Manta takes everything that made the original a favourite and improves on it. The shape is sharper, more aggressive and even more efficient, helping you slice through the air whether you’re sprinting for the line or holding speed on a solo breakaway. With these elements in mind, the design of the Manta MIPS draws on the natural geometry of its predecessor as a guide. It’s as brilliant as the original but now enhanced with improved ventilation. The addition of the MIPS-C2 brain protection system brings an extra layer of safety, helping to reduce rotational forces in certain impacts, so you can ride hard with confidence. Despite its aero credentials, the Manta doesn’t compromise on comfort. Internal air-channeling works alongside strategically placed vents, including the signature NACA vent, to keep airflow moving through the helmet, preventing overheating during intense efforts. The Safe-T Orbital fit system allows for precise 360-degree adjustment and vertical tuning, ensuring a secure, pressure-free fit for long days in the saddle. Practical touches like integrated sunglasses ports, a Fidlock magnetic buckle for easy fastening, and reflective rear stickers round off a helmet that’s as functional as it is fast. Key Features:In-mould polycarbonate shell with EPS linerMIPS-C2 brain protection systemSafe-T Orbital fit systemVertical adjustment360° headbeltFidlock magnetic buckleInternal air-channeling15 ventsNACA VentSunglasses portsHand washable comfort padsAir Lite strapsAdjustable strap dividerReflective rear stickers
