Its design has been refined in the wind tunnel to save you crucial watts without sacrificing comfort. The signature feature is the NACA vent at the rear, a testament to MET´s dedication to aerodynamic excellence. This vent harnesses the power of the Venturi effect, actively pulling warm air out from the helmet and channeling it away, which significantly reduces drag and enhances cooling. This means you stay cooler and faster, even when the intensity and the temperature rise.Safety is paramount, and the MET Rivale MIPS integrates the market-leading MIPS® (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) technology. This advanced brain protection system is designed to reduce the harmful rotational forces that can occur during certain angled impacts, providing you with an extra layer of confidence on every ride. This technology is seamlessly integrated with the helmet´s fit system, ensuring it doesn´t compromise comfort or ventilation. The helmet´s robust Inmould construction and its EN 1078 certification further attest to its protective capabilities.A perfect fit is crucial for both comfort and safety. The Rivale MIPS features the innovative Safe-T Upsilon Fit System. This system provides a 360° head belt, ensuring there are no pressure points and offering a highly customisable and stable fit. With easy vertical adjustment and a ponytail-compatible design, it caters to a wide range of head shapes and hairstyles for all-day comfort.MET has considered every detail to enhance your ride. The Air Lite straps are 15% lighter than standard straps, yet they are incredibly comfortable and aerodynamic. Their design also helps to evaporate sweat more efficiently.
