STOP RATS TRAVELLING THROUGH DRAINS: One of the primary ingress points for rats into a domestic or commercial property is via the drainage system, either directly from the main sewers or a collapse within the pipe. A Rat blocker is installed within the inspection chamber to stop rats movement upstream. By installing a Rat Blocker all upstream branches are protected. ONE-WAY FLAP PREVENTION: The Metex Ratwall allows liquids and solid waste to pass down the system whilst preventing access to rats moving upstream. The rats cannot pass or chew through the barrier flap, thus preventing their access to re-infest. EASY TO INSTALL PROTECTION: This Rat Blocker compresses and expands for easy, frictionless installation and a secure fit. Can be installed by hand or from street level with a separately available installation pole. Suitable for domestic use in plastic, clay and cast iron drains. Features an external hinge that enables maximum waste flow. RATWALL RAT BLOCKER: This listing is for a 4" / 110mm version. The rat wall can be installed into 100mm Victorian drains.
