The Mexco DCXCEL Slotted Dry Core Drill XCEL Grade is a nine-piece kit designed for fast, clean core drilling in masonry and building materials. It features laser-welded castellated segments with a high concentration of diamonds to deliver fast drilling speeds, durability, and extended tool life. The slotted design facilitates rapid waste removal, helping to keep drilling efficient and prolonging the life of the core drills. The kit includes three core drill sizes (38 mm, 52 mm, and 117 mm) and comes with a robust carry case for organization and portability. It also provides four adapters (80 mm and 250 mm Hex, 250 mm SDS), plus a drift key and a 10 x 175 mm A-Taper Pilot Drill, enabling secure connections and versatile use across tough materials. Suitable for dry cutting, the drills are intended for precise, clean holes in soft to medium bricks, concrete blocks, sandstone, soft slate, and breeze blocks. A minimum 850 W+ drill motor with a slipping clutch is recommended when using these tools.

Technical notes
