The Mexco UHX Ultra Hard Materials Diamond Blade and UHXCEL Ultra Hard Plus Diamond Blade are designed for fast, precise cutting of ultra-hard materials such as granite, porcelain, marble, ceramic tiles, and clay roof tiles. Featuring a high diamond grit concentration and an ultra-thin castellated turbo segment, these blades deliver efficient performance with reduced chipping and lasting sharpness. Built with laser-welded segments and a ventilated steel centre, they maintain cutting efficiency and extend blade life in heavy-duty applications. The 115mm diameter with a 22mm bore and 10mm segment height enables material removal in a single pass, with a maximum recommended cutting depth of 20mm.
