The authentic mexican jalapeno flavour with paprika, cumin and jalapeno chillis makes for a great tasting burger. Use 100g mix per 1kg minced meat, includes rusk. This will make 1kg of burgers. Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative! Simply add this seasoning to minced meat & water. Shape the burgers by hand or use a press for a professional look! The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger.
