This is an all metal hotend upgrade kit for Flashforge Finder and Flashforge Guider 2. The all metal hotend will let you print at a much higher temperature than is possible with the original PTFE-lined one. Another benefit of an all metal hotend design is more consistent melt chamber control. When the extrusion rate in a PTFE lined hotend is slow, the transition zone from solid to molten plastic tends to creep upwards, creating stringier prints. With the all metal design, the transition zone is always constant, since it is located right at the heat break. With a fast extrusion rate, the PTFE tube does not have enough thermal conductivity to properly melt all the plastic coming out. An all metal hotend solves this problem, as the plastic is surrounded by a thermally-conductive nozzle throughout its length. Orifice size: 0.4 mm. Made in the USA by Micro Swiss
