The bright colour of the clay-based chalk does not stain or permanently mark materials and is easily noticeable when cutting or pinning, especially when working on darker fabrics. The traditional triangular shape makes it comfortable and easy to hold and keep sharp for those precise and accurate markings. To remove chalk marks, simply brush gently on the fabric and the chalk will lift or wash on a cool cycle. If working for a prolonged period of time, it may be required to trace over the original markings as the chalk will naturally lift.
