Giving the gin a smooth & velvety texture Influenced by the Atlantic: Named after the Minke Whales which reside in Clonakilty and contains coastal botanicals such as Rock Samphire that’s handpicked from the cliff edge Refreshingly citrus: On the nose, crisp and dry. A fresh and fruity taste with green fennel-like notes.
