Forest certification: FSC Recycled Credit Sheets: 120 (30 per colour), micro-perforated for clean start and with 4 holes for filing. Stripes: Horizontal 7 mm with coloured bands for sorting and header for titles. Binding: Spiral with coilock system Allows the notebook to be flattened as well as for a complete twist.
