These Forgefix Mirror Screws are designed for secure mounting in sanitary and similar environments. They feature a chrome domed top with a slotted screw head and include a threaded female insert in the head and shank. The screws are zinc plated to resist corrosion, making them suitable for fixing mirrors or signage, glass, or panels. Each pack contains ten screws measuring 1 1/4 in by 8, intended for use with wall plugs and single-thread configurations. When driving, use a slotted screwdriver that matches the screw slot width to avoid damaging the head. Slotted drivers with Flared or Parallel tips are available, with Flared tips suitable for most applications and Parallel tips for driving below the surface. These provide a neat, decorative finish and are compatible with chrome cover caps that fit into the top’s internal hole.
