Our range of premium gins are handcrafted and distilled to perfection on the Isle of Skye using only the finest foraged botanicals and the local crystal-clear spring waters from the Storr Lochs. FULL OF FLAVOUR: Juniper and peppery, with hints of raspberry and dark chocolate followed by the rich taste of Mulled wine spices. We use a range of botanicals including juniper, cassia bark, star anise and tonka beans to name but a few, to bring together traditional festive flavours. All botanicals are soaked in a rich Italian Amarone red wine prior to distilling. Delicious! THE PERFECT SERVE: We recommend that you enjoy this gin with a Scottish tonic water. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick. Additionally, pair with Ginger beer for a lovely festive tipple. The swirls for the Fairy Pools, the copper coin in the cork for our beautiful copper stills that produce our amazing liquids, the Gaelic inscriptions for our language, name and location, the shape of our majestic island of Skye on the base and the contour lines on the labels for our iconic mountains.
