The Mizuno Wave Rider 30 is a neutral running shoe designed for daily training, easy runs, and longer sessions. It features a full-length Mizuno Wave Plate for stability and a smoother transition from landing to take-off. The midsole combines Mizuno Enerzy NXT with varying hardness and a nitrogen-infused top layer for soft, responsive cushioning, while a bottom midsole remains non-nitrogen infused. With an 8 mm drop and a stack height of 34.5–42.5 mm, the design aims for a balanced, natural stride. The upper uses 1BY1 mesh for a simple, refined look and breathable comfort, complemented by a snug heel for a secure fit. The outsole is lightweight with a redesigned structure. Color option includes Foggy Dew/Dark Slate/White, and the shoe is available in Men’s size 8.5.
