The passion of these ‘wine designers’ can be experienced through a joyful journey to seven regions to meet some of the native grapes that are grown there. PROCESS - A red wine made from Monastrell grape vineyards of La Raja, between the mountains of the stack and the Carche in Jumilla wine area. The delicate Monastrell grape vintage is manually harvested in small boxes, with traditional winemaking and 5 months aging in French oak barrels. HAND PICKED - The delicate Monastrell grape vintage is manually harvested in small boxes, with traditional winemaking and 5 months aging in French oak barrels TASTING NOTES - Beautiful red in colour with violet hues typical of the Monastrell variety. On the nose it is fruity with toasted nuances provided by the short time in oak.
