Wait a bit, then check to see if the crema has formed yet and, if it has, immediately remove your "Brikka" from the hob. Pour coffee into cups, distributing coffee and crema evenly, and enjoy!HOW TO CLEAN YOUR "BRIKKA" MOKA POT? Rinse your "Brikka" under running water after each use. Do not use detergents. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this could damage the pot and affect the flavour of your coffee.

Brikka Bialetti allows you to get a delicious espresso cream thanks to Bialetti quality: the new technology with silicone membrane, combined with the characteristics of the Moka, ensures a result in the cup similar to the espresso of the bar: full-bodied, intense and with persistent cream. Insert the funnel filter into the kettle and fill it with ground coffee for Moka without pressing. Screw the manifold to the boiler and close firmly without prying over the handle. Place the coffee maker on the heat source. Uses medium heat output. Check immediately after complete formation of the cream in the collector and immediately remove Brikka from the heat source.
