It holds 500 pairs of Moldex MelLows (Large) and uses refill packs that significantly reduce plastic waste by 92% with each refill. The system keeps earplugs clean and ready for use, dispensing one pair at a time to help protect your workforce. The product is compatible with a mounting bracket (MOL7060) which is supplied separately and required for all PlugStations.

The dispenser is made from recyclable materials and emphasizes low waste, with only around 2% wastage. Each refill maintains hygienic dispensing, as the mechanism is automatically refreshed with every refill. This unit conforms to EN 352-2:2002, ensuring standardised hearing protection performance.

In addition to the 500-pair capacity, this model is noted as a dispensing station only, with the mounting bracket sold separately (product code M7060). It aligns with the Moldex Mellows range and provides a straightforward solution for distributing protective earplugs efficiently in work environments.

Usage
