Developed alongside Mondraker Factory Racing, it combines 200mm suspension travel, adjustable geometry and carefully selected components to provide stability, traction and control at downhill speeds. The frame is constructed from hydroformed 6061 Stealth Alloy Evo aluminium and features Mondraker's updated Zero Suspension System. This dual-link suspension design has been refined to provide increased mid-stroke support while retaining sensitivity to smaller bumps. The result is a suspension platform designed to absorb repeated impacts while maintaining support through compressions and technical sections.Mondraker's DH-specific Forward Geometry combines longer reach measurements with slack head angles to provide stability on steep and fast terrain. The Summum RR also offers extensive geometry adjustment, allowing riders to fine-tune its handling to suit different tracks and riding preferences. An adjustable headset provides three reach positions, including standard and ±5mm settings. A lower shock-mount flip chip adjusts bottom bracket height by approximately ±5mm and changes the frame angles by around ±0.35 degrees. Adjustable rear dropouts offer 450mm, 455mm or 460mm chainstay lengths. Together, these adjustments provide up to 27 geometry configurations without replacing major components. The frame also features a 12x157mm rear axle, SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger, threaded 83mm BSA bottom bracket and ISCG 05 chain guide mounting. Internal cable routing maintains a clean appearance, while MAX dual-row bearings and an alloy upper suspension link are designed to withstand the demands of downhill riding.Up front, the RockShox BoXXer Ultimate suspension fork provides 200mm of travel. Its DebonAir+ air spring allows riders to adjust the suspension to suit their weight and riding preferences, while the Charger 3.2 RC2 damper provides independent high- and low-speed compression adjustments alongside rebound control. These adjustments allow riders to fine-tune how the fork responds to braking forces, repeated impacts and larger compressions. A 20x110mm Boost thru-axle provides a secure connection between the fork and front wheel. At the rear, a RockShox Vivid Coil Ultimate shock controls 200mm of suspension travel. Its coil spring provides consistent suspension characteristics, making it well suited to repeated impacts and demanding downhill terrain. Spring preload adjustment allows small setup changes, while the appropriate spring rate can be selected to suit rider weight.SRAM XX DH AXS T-Type electronic shifting provides a downhill-specific 7-speed drivetrain. The wireless AXS Pod controller operates the rear derailleur, offering precise gear selection without a conventional mechanical shift cable.A SRAM XX DH T-Type chainset features 165mm cranks, while the SRAM XS-797 10-24T cassette provides a compact range of gears suited to downhill racing. An e*thirteen LG1+ chain guide and bashguard help keep the chain in place and protect the drivetrain when riding over rough terrain.Stopping power comes from SRAM Maven Ultimate hydraulic disc brakes. Their 4-piston calipers are paired with a large 220mm front rotor and 200mm rear rotor, providing the braking power and control needed for steep, technical descents. Metal sintered brake pads offer durability under demanding conditions, while tool-free lever reach adjustment allows riders to fine-tune the controls. The Summum RR uses a mullet wheel configuration, combining a 29in front wheel with a smaller 27.5in rear wheel. The larger front wheel helps maintain momentum over rough terrain, while the smaller rear wheel provides additional clearance and contributes to manoeuvrability through tight sections.DT Swiss EX 1700 Classic wheels feature welded aluminium rims with a 30mm internal width and tubeless-ready construction. DT Swiss 350 hubs provide dependable engagement, with the rear hub featuring a 72-tooth Ratchet DEG system.A 29x2.5in Maxxis Assegai front tyre uses the 3C MaxxGrip compound and an aggressive tread pattern designed for traction when braking and cornering. At the rear, a 27.5x2.5in Maxxis Minion DHR II features the 3C MaxxTerra compound and a tread pattern designed to balance braking traction with rolling performance. Both tyres use reinforced downhill casings and are tubeless ready. The cockpit features an 800mm Onoff S6 aluminium handlebar with 35mm rise, paired with an Onoff S9 DH CNC integrated stem. The stem offers adjustable length between 45mm and 50mm, providing another option for fine-tuning the riding position. An Onoff S3 DH aluminium seatpost and Ergon SM10 DH saddle complete the contact points, providing a setup suited to downhill riding. With its adjustable geometry, RockShox Ultimate suspension and downhill-specific components, the Mondraker Summum RR gives riders the flexibility to tailor their setup to different tracks. Whether tackling steep rock gardens, high-speed corners or repeated technical features, it offers a race-developed platform designed around the demands of downhill mountain biking.
