These pants are impressively windproof, deflecting biting winds to help maintain your core temperature and reduce wind chill, allowing you to focus on the trail ahead. The fabric is also treated with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish, which causes moisture to bead up and roll off the surface during light showers, keeping you drier for longer. Furthermore, the material offers an excellent UPF 50+ rating, providing crucial protection from the sun´s harmful UV rays during prolonged exposure at altitude. Its inherent stretch quality works in harmony with your body, ensuring that every step, scramble, and stride feels natural and uninhibited.Thoughtful ergonomic design is evident in every detail. For superior mobility during high-step movements, the pants feature articulated knees and a gusseted crotch, eliminating fabric pull and enhancing your dynamic range of motion. The comfortable, pre-elasticated rear waistband ensures a secure fit that moves with you, complemented by a press stud and button closure and robust belt loops for further adjustability. Secure storage is provided by two mesh-lined hand pockets and a concealed rear pocket, all equipped with high-quality YKK zips to keep your essential items safe.
