The Monument 2363L OMAT® Soldering Mat is a patented cut-out mat designed to protect surrounding surfaces during soldering copper pipes. Its unique wrap-around design fits pipes with a diameter of 15–22 mm, providing full protection to walls, cables, and carpets while helping to reduce the risk of fire. Made from woven glass fabric, the mat resists high temperatures and is stitched all around for durability. Its overlapping shape ensures a tight and secure fit around the pipe, offering a safer, cleaner soldering environment. The OMAT® is designed to be used with standard soldering tools and accessories, and is suitable for professional pipe work. It is manufactured from materials that do not present hazards associated with asbestos, and is built to withstand temperatures up to 600°C.
