The Multi-Sharp 2-in-1 Knife & Scissor Sharpener is designed to sharpen a variety of blades including kitchen, table, and household knives, as well as cleavers and mezzalunas. It uses tungsten carbide sharpening heads to restore a sharp edge, reaching up to the tip on even blunt blades. The device features an ergonomic handle for comfortable, secure use and is suitable for sharpening both left- and right-handed scissors. Replaceable sharpening heads are available for extended use.

Usage

For knives: place the back edge on a flat surface and draw the sharpener across the cutting edge. After 5-6 passes, the tungsten carbide sharpening heads restore a sharp edge up to the tip. For scissors: simply push the blades through the tungsten carbide sharpening head, repeating up to 10 times to achieve a sharp edge. Note: not suitable for serrated or scalloped-edges knives.
