Paraben-free, Sulfate-Free, Silicone-free, DEA-free and Artificial Colour-free. Aroma: Slight odour characteristic of Menthol. A light emollient and soothing base that can also be used (as is) as a moisturiser (emollient-type). Water-based toner with the consistency of a thin liquid. To use as is, take the desired amount of Facial Toner and add active ingredients, essential oils and/or colour to suit your particular purpose and mix.
