Makes 10 - 18 cocktails (depending on your preference). A simple way to make bar-quality cocktails that will last for several weeks in the fridge. All you do is fill the bottle with white rum (unflavoured). Gently shake the bottle to activate the infusion and refrigerate for 6–8 hours. Please not no rum is included in the set. When ready, simply pour a measure or two (to your preference) into a cocktail shaker with ice. Add bashed up/blended strawberries (or cranberry juice if you wish). Shake hard for 10 seconds.
