Nature's Balance Nutritional Yeast Flakes with Vitamin B12 1kg (2 x 500g)

Nutritional yeast, also known as nooch, is a popular flavour booster among plant-based eaters. Nature’s Balance Nutritional yeast has been fortified with B vitamins including B12 and Vitamin D, which are both essential Nutrients which classically are found in meat based foods. This makes Nutritional yeast a tasty way to add these vital nutrients back into a plant based diet. It has a rich, fermented, "cheesy" flavour that mimics a creamy, cheese sauce when blended with ingredients such as nuts, beans, and starchy vegetables. It can also be used to create a “Cheese” spread, rather like ricotta or whipped feta, when blended with tofu, cashews or beans. 1 to 2 tablespoons of our nutritional yeast can be used to season stews and casseroles, toss with popcorn, add a creamy element to salad dressings, and give baked goods a buttery flavour.
