It’s a botanical blast of flavour with a luxurious mouthfeel. SOUTHERN STRENGTH: Our distillery is located in South Australia and this particular gin is higher than most sitting at 52% abv, giving inspiration for the name, Southern Strength Gin. TASTING NOTES: Oily, viscous and immediately savoury. Juniper still dominates, however is complimented with earthy notes of angelica root and coriander seed.Finish is rich and robust, with pepper berry spice and cinnamon warmth developing late. MORE FLAVOUR: Medium levels of clouding occur when mixed due to elevated botanical oils - it’s flavour you can literally see.
