Design: The POSH Glass Artist Palette is made of tempered glass for strength and safety. The painting palette is available with a grey or white finished underside, or clear. Key features include custom corner guards which add product protection and excellent surface traction. Features softened edges and a durable, water resistant finish with excellent color fastness. The clear palette provides you the opportunity to add your own color, grey scale, or teaching products to the underside. Uses: The perfect addition to your artist painting supplies. The New Wave glass palette can be used with all paint media. The glass artists palette can be used as an oil paint palette, palette for acrylic painting, gouache paint palette, and watercolor palette. In addition to its uses as an artist palette, it can also be used as a mulling surface, mono printing surface, and tempered glass craft mat. Care: POSH Glass Palettes are easy to clean when used as an artist mixing tray or painting tray. Dried acrylic paints peel away from the glass artist palette and dried oil paint can be removed with a razor blade in a retractable scraper. Always use a fresh razor blade when cleaning. Steel tools have burrs that can cause scratches on any glass product. Use a plastic razor, plastic tools and artist’s solvent to avoid scratching. Use knife, scraper, sharp objects, and artist solvents with caution. Compatibility: The 9"x12" painting palette glass is designed to fit inside the Masterson Sta-Wet Painter's Pal (yellow lid) for storage and transportation. A perfect combination when transporting oil painting supplies. Please remove the Masterson Sta-Wet Sponge and Paper prior to use with New Wave Artist Palettes.
